All products depend on stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Your order is confirmed only after we verify product availability and shipping details.

5. Shipping

We deliver all over Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 4–6 days. Charges are Rs 250. Cash on Delivery is available.

6. Incorrect Information

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

If you face any issue with the product – size, quality, or anything else – you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

• Product must be unused and in original condition with tags (if any).
• No questions asked – your comfort matters more.
• You can choose a refund or exchange.
• After 14 days, refund or exchange requests will not be accepted.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
